Purpose of this building block
With this building block you share a file with the given file id from Google Drive with other users. You can also choose if you want to share your file in edit or in view mode.

Possible use cases
- Share newly created documents with a specific user, by group or domain or with anyone
- Allow access to shared documents for new subscribers
Configuration
Click on the bold text in the title of the building block to open the configuration dialog.
Note that you can use Ultradox variables and renderers in the text boxes so that can share your files with a user or group based on a variable.

In this example a new Employee is added to an employee list using a Google Form. Once added the non disclosure agreement file is shared with the new employee. In combination with the Find file building block specific documents relevant for this employee - here the department information is used to find the matching seating plan - can be searched and shared.
